Michal F Kaminski. et al. “Long-term effects of colonoscopy screening on colorectal cancer incidence and mortality: a multicountry, population based randomised controlled trial”. Lancet. 2026 大腸内視鏡スクリーニングが、がんの罹患率・死亡率に与える影響を調べた研究です。Intention-to-screen解析及びPer-protocol解析で推定されています。国別の大腸内視鏡のattenderの割合の違いなどについて議論がなされました。
