身体所見、年齢による肺炎の重症度分類

1.男性７０歳以上、女性７５歳以上

2．BUN 21mg/dL以上または脱水あり

3．SpO2　90%以下（PaO2　60Torr以下）

4． 意識障害

5． 血圧（収縮期）90mmH以下
