Cockcroft & Gault の式
男性：(140 - age ) x BW(Kg) / (72 x serum creatinine(mg/dl) )
女性：0.85 x 男性の値
安田の式
男性：( 176 - age ) x BW(Kg) / ( 100 x serum creatinine(mg/dl) )
女性：(158 - age ) x BW(Kg) / ( 100 x serum creatinine(mg/dl) )
現在カルボプラチンの投与量の計算には、ほとんどＣＧ式を使うことが多い。
またこれらの計算式は体表面積補正がされていないので、
２４時間クレアチニン・クリアランスと比較するときは注意が必要。
